Whenever you are in the mood for Mexican food, you don’t have to go off the diet just because you’re craving a burrito or chili. The recipes I found from my favorite chef’s below and are absolutely delicious but most importantly healthy! Robert was able to enjoy a few of these meals, and loved them. His favorite one was the Pablano & Portobello Fajitas!
